Traditional paprika “pepperoni”
This “pepperoni” is made of pork meat and fat, spiced with a combination of wine and garlic, paprika and several spices.
I tis filled in a 75mm gut and cured in a wood fumatory.
How to consume:
It should be eaten in slices, in sandwiches or as a starter.
