Alentejanos’s type Sausage

 

This sausage has a perfect balance between the meat and fat used in its production, this means, it is made of low fat pork meat which makes it extremely tasty. Besides these ingredients this sausage is made of wine, salt, paprika, garlic and red pepper
After the phase of seasoning and maturation the sausage is filled, dried and cured at a traditional fumatory.

How to consume:

This sausage is ideal to be grilled on coal or consumed raw in a sandwich. Thanks to its versatility it is also ideal to be eaten stewed and gives an extraordinary taste to all the dishes prepared.
