Regional round sausage

 

This is a traditional sausage made of pork meat and fat, spiced with paprika, wine, garlic, salt and chilly.
During the confection, this sausage goes through several phases, including seasoning and maturation followed by the filling and afterwards the sausage has to get dried and cured at a traditional fumatory.

How to consume:
This sausage can be eaten grilled, boiled or raw, serving as side dish to several traditional Portuguese dishes.
