Traditional farm sausage

 


This sausage is considered one of our “ex libris”, made with a combination of selected pork cut into cubes, wine, garlic, salt, pepper and spices.
During the confection, this sausage goes through several phases, including seasoning and maturation in a first and second phase. Then comes the filling and afterwards the sausage has to get dried and cured at a traditional fumatory.

How to consume:

This sausage is ideal to consume raw, cut into slices as a starter or in a sandwich, as this sausage has a low fat content.
