This sausage is made of smooth consistent minced pork fat, wheat flour, paprika and water, spiced with salt and several spices.
Due to the process of production, this traditional flour sausage is distinct from other kind of sausages because of its smooth taste pleasant flavour
After the filling, the flour sausage is cured in wood fumatory, following rigorously the traditional process of production.

How to consume:

This sausage can be fried or boiled and is parto f many traditional Portuguese dishes.
