Since 1997, our company disassembles packs and sells every type of beef, sheep and pork meat, with high levels of quality demands as far as the hygiene and origin of the products is concerned.

These types of meat, whether bulk meat, vacuum packed meat or hygienized, always follow every food security rule.

We pack beef and pork meat, ultra fresh in modified atmosphere packaging, respecting all hygiene and food security rules.

Our products, meant to be made for the final consumer, are delivered to several medium and big markets of our region and of Lisbon.

These products are made of selected carcasses, which are disassembled and sliced at our company.

The whole process follows the most modern European rules in this area, part of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), implemented in 2003 and which is regularly controlled by our technician with upper education in agro-food.
