This sausage is made of selected loin meat, fatless and spiced with wine, garlic and several spices.
After the maturation process, this sausage is filled in horse gut and then dried and cured at a traditional fumatory.

How to consume:

This product should be eaten raw, in small slices as a starter or in tasty sandwiches.
